For what its worth, some years ago, I was sucessful in dislodging a stuck nose gear
by bouncing the aircraft on the runway (mains only) using a nose high, power on ,
carrier type approach, with a slightly higher than normal approach speed, and a
subsequent go-around.  This worked when 4 + G pull-ups didnt.
