A few people have the same idea I have to have the test pilot check out a CFI
during the initial test flight sequence so that when the test pilot departs,
there is someone who can continue the teaching. Apparently, Avemco is OK with
the CFI idea. Does anyone know what the FAA's take is? I'm under the
impression that only the test pilot (me) is supposed to be in the plane during
the 25 hr period. But there's also a feeling that if the other occupant is a
CFI, then it's OK. How grey is this?
Thanks,
Ed de Chazal
