Apparently, Avemco is OK with the CFI idea. Does anyone know what the FAA's take is? I'm under the impression that only the test pilot (me) is supposed to be in the plane during the 25 hr period. But there's also a feeling that if the other occupant is a CFI, then it's OK. How grey is this?
