I had a similar problem in the same position.  I think I mixed a little too
much flox in the Hysol which made that batch a little too firm.  With 1 psi,
I could hear and feel (by sticking my hand in the aileron inspection panel)
the air.

Try using Hysol on the end of a 'small paint brush on a stick' and a mirror
and dab away until the opening is covered.  At the same time, have someone
hold the suction end of the vacuum on the other side of the rib to try to
pull the Hysol through.  I'm not sure the vacuum did much but it does not
leak anymore.

By the way, how much pressure did you use?  I had an section of a trashed
horizontal stab that I pressurized to over 10 psi without failure.
