 Mike,
 Carl is one of the best builders I have ever met.  He kept complete records
and over 400 photographs with dates on them.  His builders log is the most
complete I have ever seen.  Epic has its own version of the 8000-38 that is
more specific to Epic and he kept that record also.  This aircraft was one of
the most documented exp. aircraft that I have seen.  The FAA admitted that
they had never seen a builders log so complete.
 
 It looks like my mistakes are believing that our facility would be the safest
place to build the aircraft and the fact that we did not make it a kit that
could be built in a garage.  Now a new rule about 5 or more seats jumps in.
