 Thank you for your support.  The reason we did not go directly to the
evaluated kit was that some of our customers especially Carl wanted to be
involved at the start of the process and wanted to build ribs and mate
everything.  That can be done at our facility.  I also believed that if you
have a kit like Lancair you could not offer any assistance without going over
the 51% rule.  Interesting enough when Carl and I met with Earl Lawrence of
the EAA and Frank Paskowitz the rules guy from the FAA he agreed with our
assessment.  His belief is that any work over the evaluated kit would
constitute non-compliance with the 51% rule.  This guys is where they want to
take it.
