First of all, I would like to thank everybody who responded to my original post with good advice and warnings, thanks much!   Furthermore, I am pleased to say that my aileron vibration problems is now in the past and no longer exists, thanks to this forum.

After inspecting both ailerons, I discovered that the right aileron (the good one) had a very stiff LE, but the left one was kinda flimsy.  I proceeded to stiffen the left aileron with 2-bid along the entire span of the LE and also added a small pre-preg right in the middle section.  This mod really stiffened the LE quite a bit.  I installed both ailerons this moring and flew...  Absolutely NO VIBRATION!  Smooth as silk!  The plane felt great and I had a fun time flying it this morning.  So based on this experience, the following summary:

- Make sure that the ailerons are 100% or more balanced;
- Make the TE section of the ailerons as stiff as can be (added pre-preg braces           and /or more bids if necessary);
- Rig the ailerons in  the flared position or even a little bit above flared during cruise by adjusting           the flap and/or the aileron rod ends.

Gee, having solved this problem, another one surfaced today.  While doing an emergency gear extention test today (on jacks), I heard some really awful sounds.  Apparantly, the TOP phenolic hard point where the main gear hydraulic cylinder attaches separated from the nose gear well.  I guess I was lucky again that this did not happen during flight.  Obviously, I have to bring out the epoxy pump again and fix this problem but probably add more bids to beef-up this area even more.  I do beleive, if I remember correctly, that this was a factory layup, so I don't know how much bids was there to start with.  Probably need to look at the manual again to check.  Back to work...

Thanks again guys,   ;-)
