Paul,
I am using the short Atkins manifold with a TWM 2910-4802/L 2-barrel 48mm throttle body which has one injector for each barrel. This directly replaces the Weber 48 DCOE carb that Atkins was selling years ago.
How do I know... I also have the carb.
Yes, I went the carb route first but could not get the engine to run right with it. I was having mixture issues. Runs much better with EFI.

Subject: [FlyRotary] Re: Static MAP readings?

Thanks, Rusty....The TWM throttlebody I got from Atkins only has one fuel rail and two injectors.  Will this unit fit Atkins's straight short manifold?   Thanks again for the info.  Paul Conner

Nope, it won't fit.  The bolt pattern is different, and the throats are not spaced the same distance apart.

Thank goodness....wouldn't want it to be too easy.  Paul
