Not quite correct, Rusty.  My 2900 is a DCOE type (Throats are closer together - like 90 mm center to center whereas the IDF type are more like 120mm) and has the 4 injectors.

Perhaps they have discontinued the 4 injector DCOE type.

Hi Ed,

When I ordered the 4 injector TB that I have, I wanted one with the same bolt pattern as the one I had (DCOE).  I can't recall the details, but for some seemingly good reason, I had to get a different style.

On the TWM site, they still list a 2900-5004/L, which is a 50 mm 4 injector TB.  Perhaps they still are available.  If so, it would bolt right on to the manifold that Paul has. The only thing to watch for is the left vs right hand differences.  He'd have to figure out which one he has now, and verify that the linkage would work out with the new one.  He's also have to cough up $410 for the TB, and another $200 for injectors.

Paul, on the MicroTech, can you turn off one set of injectors on the fly, like you can with Tracy's EC-2?  If not, what does having 4 injectors buy you as far as redundancy?  In other words, why do you want 4 injectors?

Cheers,
Rusty
