OK That's the norm for a E4OD six planet, the C6 3 planet may have had a
thrust washer rather than a thrust bearing. This may or may not be the same
size as the Auto version, but it definitely IS a major improvement if the
original is just a washer.
The Ring Gear is different to the standard E4OD and may be a stronger
version of the C6 - I don't know!
But it appears that the 6 will go into the C6 ring gear OK.
