Dale, Mazda does not measure oil temperature anywhere. The cars don't have
oil temp. gauge. Only thing in the pan is low oil level sender.

  Whoah!  Really?  So then, what IS that thingy right next to the oil level sensor in my oil pan?  An oil *heater*?
Is this a version dependent thing?
