Fred, Al and Doug,

I will be more than willing to drop this posting and let the NEW
company try to build a good product.  Having said that, I will not let go
of facts that lead me to the conclusion that this is still the Old company
under the same management.  That being Al and Jim.  The half truths are
still being told by those individuals and that puts the credibility of the
New company into question.  I have found that your responses are honorable
and given the one sided information you have understandable.

Customer perception and company good name are paramount to success.
You all as a company of investors need to repair some old situations.  Just
saying that these customers did not agree with the way you all are doing
things did not in any way fix the problems especially since Al and Jim are
still involved.

It sounds like you have only been involved with these Two gentlemen for
a short time.  I would suggest that you have a group of investors/
customers contact every person that the old company left high and dry to
get their side of the issue and deal with them in good faith.

The only thing you said that scared me was that you started up the new
company  extraordinarily careful and diligently and how it is set up and
managed in order to best protect the interests of the participating
customers who volunteered to bring more money to the party. The management
is still the same under different roles.  Management in the old company and
the investors in the old company were Al and Jim.  They are still there.

As far as Gerry is concerned he only wanted his money back and he "got
squat".

It is interesting that you say that the new company is being up front
and truthful.  Maybe your management group should read the post that Doug
an Al have put out.  I will be specific.

Doug stated that he had 43 hours of trouble free flying before his engine
failure.  If that is true than why did Al have to make an emergency trip to
fix ignition problems so Don Goetz could fly the plane. Spin doctoring
Fred.

If it was the Lancair fuel selector that caused the engine failure why
didn't Doug just switch the selector back to the old position.  First we
were told that a towel was left in the engine compartment and that was
sucked into the Turbo and caused the failure.  That also is highly
questionable.  How does a paper towel left inside the cowl get outside the
cowl and into the sealed cold air inlet.  That Fred is magic.

You can see why I say nothing has changed.

Doug and Al changed the total time on Jim's plane from 800 hours in one
posting to about 450.  I was also led to believe that that 450 hours were
trouble free.  That is also a fabrication.  I have been told that Jim had a
engine seize on his plane and had a forced landing in Florida.  I believe
there has been many more issues I do not know of that happened during R&D.
Things always happen during R&D but do state reliability numbers in the
hundreds of trouble free hours when that is not the case.

Please take the time and effort to have a meeting with all the customers
that we have been talking about and get both sides of the story.  Tom
Zedaker, Gerry, Ron, Marcus and others deserve to be heard.

I am not an investor nor a party that is owed any money by Al or Jim.  That
being said I would offer to be a moderator in such a meeting.  I am not a
lawyer but I have been the CEO of 5 companies and have dealt with corporate
issues like this.

Please let's get this behind us now not six months from now.  Face your
customers and maybe things could be fixed to everyone's satisfaction not
just 90%.  I hope that you do not think that 90% fixed is acceptable.  I
would not like to fly in a 90% fixed engine system.
