I called the EAA legal guy a while back to ask about leasing an experimental
airplane and he said that there was no reason that he knew of why an
experimental couldn't be leases. JLP


"Why can't you?  It is your airplane, and you are the only renter, no
commercial operations are taking place.  Can't see any FAR violation as long
as it is just you as owner, renter, operator, sole manipulator of controls,
etc.  Plenty of experimentals are owned by corporations."
