Denis,

I went through the same process.  Of the available states, Delaware is mainly for big corporations, Nevada works but has recently become fairly expensive, and Wyoming is the alternative.  They actually started the LLC registration business.  I used Wyoming Registered Agent, and they have been very efficient, including doing the annual registration chores for you, but there are lost of alternative companies doing the same.  Don't try doing it yourself, it is not worth it.  Just make sure that you keep the LLC and the FAA registrations with the same addresses.  I forgot and have had to do some paperwork to get my registration back.
