Of the available states, Delaware is = mainly for big corporations, Nevada works but has recently become fairly = expensive, and Wyoming is the alternative. They actually started the = LLC registration business. I used Wyoming Registered Agent, and they = have been very efficient, including doing the annual registration chores = for you, but there are lost of alternative companies doing the same. = Don't try doing it yourself, it is not worth it. Just make sure that = you keep the LLC and the FAA registrations with the same addresses. I = forgot and have had to do some paperwork to get my registration back.
