Scott Krueger's comments are right on. WIthout thinking, I installed the
main hydraulic pump circuit breaker on the aft baggage bulkhead. For
those of you who made the same mistake as I, you may be able to do the
following simple partial fix. Construct a device that filts over the C/B
that has a lanyard attached. My lanyard is about 8" long and can be
reached and pulled without doing a JD.
