I have the rear seat upholstry out of my IV-P and would be happy to send you a photo of the inertia reel installation.  BTW, I found it beneficial to take a belt and suspender
approach using  both seat belts and inertia reel.

I have seen the archived posts on the topic but am still not clear as to how (and where) to create acceptable anchor points for the upper (shoulder) harness in a non-pressurized IV.
