Terrence, I know for a fact that the main spar is significantly beefier in the 3 series than the 235. Not sure on the outer spars but I would imagine the same is true. My 235 came with the 320 spars (purchased by previous builder) and I have seen other 235's under construction and they appear to be the same dimensionally but with more carbon. I would guess in the neighborhood of 25-30% more material. That being said, I would have had no issues about using the original spars if that is what I ended up with. I do not believe you could ever break the thing unless you hit something with it. These wings are ridiculously strong.
