Experimental aircraft have already seen a year to year reduction in
accidents - thus the FAA, only dealing with the forests, will not do anything
untoward. The insurance companies, paying for lost trees, will set the
requirements
for operation of frequently falling fauna and make "errant" owner/pilots pay
thru the nasal passages for not meeting their minima.
