 I have left nurses on juries in medical cases.   I have left engineers on the
jury in accident cases.
 
 Juries are not dumb.
 
 They are instructed to apply their accumulated wisdom and experience in
interpreting the facts and applying them to the law as described by the judge
in the instructions.
