Before cycling the gear for the first time, it would seem prudent to
disconnect all three cylinder shafts from their gear. Then energize the system
in gear down position. Adjust the rod ends on each shaft so the bolts have a
smooth sliding fit to the over center links and you're done/ready for a cold
beer...At least the gear down stops are done, up stops are another matter and
require more beer!
