What will be the spark timing be when the engine is operating at WOT at
sea level?

What will be the target fuel flow for WOT full rich takeoff power?

If the BSFC is less than about 0.6 and the timing more than about 22
degrees,  you will have some potential for some serious problems at
takeoff power.

I would arbitrarily lower the redline CHT for that engine down from 460F
(TCM stock) to about 420F.  You buy about 4 octane points by doing that.
