MessageOne time while training for my private pilot. The cessna 150 had water in one tank. It took me about 30 times to sample the fuel to clear out the water. Must have been about a pint of water in that tank. I figured I must keep going till it clears out . Patience is rewarded. Was it wise? I assumed the water had to be removed and it would have been the same way if the sump drain was removed and tank drained by a mechanic. Bob Smiley
