also account for the lower than normal alternator voltage (drawing
current through a shorted cell). Been recovering from 6 nights of
camping amongst snoring campers and resulting sleep deprivation {:>),
so need to get back out to the aircraft and check things
out.

- Hi Ed, if you discharge a battery below 10V they are sometime
permanently damaged. You may have a shorted cell that makes the
alternator work harder?
