Yes, I think it's FOD from downstream of the turbo. Judging from the color of the impacted rotor face, I would say aluminum. Could be weld swarf from relocating the secondary injectors on the aluminum intake manifold I fabricated. It's a tuned ram type that I made before I decided to turbocharge. I have access to a bore scope type computer camera that I hope to squirm down the curved intake tubes, to see if I messed up there

Scott, are you using RWS apex seals - highly recommend for boost type rotary engines. Go to his website and check them out. I had apex seals break on me (the stock ones are fairly brittle) and thereafter went with RWS apex seas and never had any more problems.
