| Kelly,
I have a 13b front cover/OMP installed at present, but I also have the 20b front cover/OMP on the shelf. I planned on using the 13b pump because it is much lighter and simpler. They don't share the same footprint. If you go to the RWS web site and click on the OMP adapter link, you can see the different adapters for the corresponding engines. The big difference with the 20b OMP is that it has 9 wires and 2 large electric gizmos (I think they're solenoids) that were controlled by the computer. I like the simplicity of the 13b OMP, just one lever.

Mark, Steve,
Have to admit I had not thought of that little problem for the 20B.............Mark did your 20B
come with a OMP ??.............I have a Cosmo 13B but have not paid any attention to the OMP
so do not know as I type if it is like the 89-91 pump or like the 93-95 13BREW pump or if the
20B pump has a completely different mount pad than the 13B..............Mark is your current
front cover a 20B ?.................

Mark,
Since the OMP 's I've seen are set up with 4 oil lines and intended for a two rotor engine, how do you intend to adapt it to the three rotor engine in terms of amount of oil metered and how it is distributed?

Subject: [FlyRotary] OMP Plumbing
Is anyone running an oil metering pump (OMP) that can help me figure out how the lines should be connected. I'm planning on using the Mazda banjo fittings to hook up to the OMP, but what do I do with the check valves. Do you connect the check valves to a vacuum source or just block them off? Will the system work properly if I plug the check valves? I plan on locking the lever in the full open position. Will this work for a/c use? I'll be using Richard Sohn's adapter with a 1 gallon reservoir filled with 2-stroke oil.
