The EM2 does not but the EM3 does have data logging option. It stores the data on a USB thumb drive as a comma separated value (CSV) text file which is to be loaded into an EXCEL spreadsheet to be displayed.
If I'm ever going to get this RV-8 in the air, here's where I could use some volunteer help from any of you guys with XLS chops. I have a very crude spreadsheet written for this already but haven't had time to polish it into finished form. I'll be happy to furnish the protocol definition and order of the data log file as well as the rough spreadsheet if any of you want to work on this. Must be willing to share finished program with the rest of us.

air data and data logging, You could consider temporarily connecting the
pitot and static connections from it to the locations under the cowl. This
would give you a record of differential pressure at 1 second intervals
during flight that you could review later. You probably wouldn't be using
the air data from the EM2 to actually fly the plane anyway.
