I used 37 degree AN fittings on my radiators.  They aren't sealing
completely.  The best I've been able to do is limit the leaking to a
bubble every two seconds with 25psi of air pressure (pressurize the
system and then dunk it in a tub of water).

Is it permissible or advisable to use some sort of nylon washer inside
the fitting to get an airtight seal?
