Wendel, I don't remember where you are located. Where I work, SF bay area California, there is a shop in San Jose called "MR Metric" they sell all sorts of metric items to the local industry. Again they may have a minimum order, so checking to see if you have other items needed would be a good idea.

I found 12mm 1.75 thread at this location - don't know what minimum size order is from them but that shows the bolt do exist. So might be worthwhile searching on the web to see what type local stores might carry them.
