Try your local Japanese motorcycle shop. They usually have quite a few speciality metric bolts. It will cost more but the quality is most often good. You would need to bring the old one to match up or a similar example. I fit's actually 12mm it will be among the largest they carry.

Try Sears Home and Garden centers,  Lowes, and NAPA for metric bolts that are all threads.
