Dave,
My 2 cents worth... Have you tried the injector simulation test to see if the injectors are working? This is done in Mode 1 with the engine off, and fuel pumps off (otherwise you'll get lots of gas pouring into the engine). Pressing the store button (while in Mode 1) should activate the injectors as if the engine was running at 3000 rpm. This should be easy to hear and will verify if your injectors are opening. Take a stethescope (or long screwdriver) and listen to each injector to verify that each one is working. If this test is successful, and you have spark, you should have exhaust noise.

Dave, The only thing that jumped out at me was wet plugs / new engine. Fuel pressure is a little high. I see 43 on one, 46 on both.
You crankled on B with no start, then used cold start. I know you said you smelled no fuel, but change plugs and try cranking on A with just a few squirts of prime. Do you see a small RPM reading on EM2 while squirting prime?
Do you have good compression? Try both batteries on.
Getting close.... John
