Two other emails I have used in corresponding with Mistral are their office one ( office@mistral-engines.com) and one of their engineers, Gordon Anderson.. (g.anderson@mistral-engines.com)
Sorry to hear you are having difficulties. Franscois was a little slow to respond to me at first too.
