These photos show one of my earlier versions of the Plastic Plenum.
 
photo MVC-0015 shows one of my earlier experiments using large TB 75MM dia as well as mounting the injectors on the back of the plenum (you can see the silver colored fuel rail sticking out each side).  Manifold separate components shows the basic components of the intake.  I did not find any performance improvement and the engine would bog if you opened the throttle too quickly - so I removed it and went with a smaller 65 mm TB and moved the injectors back to the block.
 
MVC 015S shows the position of the injectors on the back of the plenum just to give you an example of the different configurations.  This mold was more time consuming and I found just cutting out the half moon shape of a piece of 3" foam board (as shown in the previous e mail) for a mold worked just as well (actually much better).
