Hi Steve,
My stock turbo is OK and resting under the bench. I used an old hot
section casting and made a 3/16" block-off plate for the back where
the compressor was. This will be my muffler/exhaust system. Used the
same pipe with the O2 sensor.
Now I'm trying to find some kind of a fresh air duct/hose for the
intake. Scat tubing comes to mind, but I know it is prone to inner
wall collapse. Any suggestions?

Buly,
I'm using the silicone version of SCAT tubing, which is called SCEET tubing

At any rate, It seems to be pretty rigid, and holds its shape well on bends.
I'm using it to supply fresh air to the turbo, and haven't had any issues
with it.  It is not real cheap, but take a look at this link for ACS.

Thanks Steve, I just bought some and will install it in the morning.
