A bit slow to respond, but I had to check an RX8 engine and sure enough the Throttle-body was 3" not 2.75", and a lovely light throttle body it is too.

I'm going to use the RX8 throttle body on mine.  I consider it about the smallest diameter usable on the 20B (about 2.75").   Virtually anything between this and 3.25" is fine.  Unless you are turbocharging, anything larger is overkill at the RPMs we are running. 
 
As always, YMMV.

Is there any particular throttle body that works best for a 20B and the Tracy's ECM? I've attached pics of the intake manifold I will copy.
