I don't know if planes that are built like God and Wright Brothers intended are sufficiently analogous to your RV4 to provide guidance but I could at least share one pressure map of the underside of an aircraft. I've included the top view to give a complete picture.

I have this jpg and also one for the P-51 (see the attached); I have never seen one for the underside of any aircraft.
