I was afraid that I needed the .040. Of course, I only have .032 - I'll have to 'borrow' some from the A&P that will sign off the work. I performed the following work: replaced the rubber baffling material, replaced the prop spinner and backing plate, added a 'spinon' oil filter, made a fiberglass repair to the battery box, and performed cosmetic repairs to the cowling.
