Bill/ Ed,
I thought they had two close primary and 2 out near the TB Secondaries?

Ok, thanks, Bill

My person experience has also indicated injectors closer to the port turn out to give me a smoother and better running engine.  I have had all 4 out as far as 21 inches and found throttle response and starts in cold weather not to my liking.

I find it interesting that after all of their experimenting with injector positions - they chose to have all four very close to the intake port.

Ed, Francois claims this is the best position for efficiency and power in their tests. That jibes with the comments that Mazda made for the RX-8 injectors in or near the port.
