readings?
Good luck with the engine runs, Rusty. I
also had to run mine a LOT before my confidence was restored. I will
look accross the bay Sunday when I take mine back up. (Saturday afternoon will
be used up installing a new front fiberglass nose strut). The structual
adhesive will have to cure overnight before I can fly it, so it looks like it
will be Sunday before I can take her up. (It's a "her" because it is so
unpredictable...). The devil made me say that. I also hope you can get
some useable parts for your single rotor. Take care. Paul

I emailed the single rotor Ebay guy and
told him that I would pay 20% more than your highest offer.
(kidding).
He'll be happy to hear from you :-) I made
him an offer, but not quite what he was asking. The engine doesn't
appear to have been balanced, and it's certainly never been run. I'm
just hoping to get some usable parts, like the tension bolts, and
shaft.
Look across the bay this weekend, because I'm going to
be running the snot out of my engine the next two days. I hope
to be able to trust it after this weekend. I'll still
have plenty to do, and a new intake is on the list I'm
afraid, so Ed can relax :-)
