Yaa, and one of you needs to pick up my Bushmaster/V6 STOL 13B engine mount I have left from my last project  :)   If someone wants a kick-butt backcountry plane for super cheap then the V6 (RX) STOL is the way to go.  The rotary saves 97# over Blanton's original design so you basically end up with a 4-place Super Cub quick-build for real cheap (under about $15k finished).

Or chop the Tri-Pacer frame down the center and make is a Super Cub clone for about 1/5 what the Smith kits run.  Or put a single seat up front for a PA-12 style hotrod.

My mount was professionally built by the same guys that weld certified components for Lancair and Aviat (Husky) and is perfect for a Tri-Pacer conversion.  I only want $400 for it which is much less than I paid, that's for sure.

It looks like the majority of people on the forum have "hot rod" airplanes, is there anyone out there that I can compare notes with? you know the " Low & Slow" type like a Christavia Mk IV.
