I knew that.  I had one that failed.  I meant for fuel transfer.  What effect would the back pressure from pushing the fuel through the venturi have on the regulator?  Has anyone quantified the back pressure from the venturi?  Seems like a lot of extra plumbing associated with jet pump that "should" gravity feed stuff back and forth because you can't turn the damned thing off.

Where is the point of diminishing return? ... Jim S.

Probably 90% of shallow well water pumps are 'jet pumps'.
