The Hawker Odyssey PC 680 that most folks use has an internal

resistance of 0.007 Ohms. A typical starter draws perhaps 200 amps in cold

weather.

Peak, or steady state? Or very very cold.  Due to an initial wiring mixup; I started my 20B a number of times with the starter current going through a 40A fuse and a 60A diode before the fuse blew. Diode was not damaged.  Temps were probably close to 70F, so not cold.
