Subject: [FlyRotary] Fuel pump question.

 

Man am I ever going to expose my serious lack of electrical knowledge

here:-)  I'm planning on using a single pole double throw switch to activate

one or the other fuel pump, but not both.  Is there ever any reason to have

both pumps on at the same time??

 

Well; yeah. Nice to have them both on during a critical phase, like takeoff, in case one decides to go south about that time.  Saves you trying to instantly figure out what’s wrong and throw the right switch.
