here:-)  I'm planning on using a single pole double throw switch to activate =

one or the other fuel pump, but not both.  Is there ever any reason to = have

both pumps on at the same time??

 

Well; yeah. = Nice to have them both on during a critical phase, like takeoff, in case one = decides to go south about that time.  Saves you trying to instantly figure out = what’s wrong and throw the right switch.
