Hi, Rusty....yep....airworthiness certificate in
hand. Unfortunately, by the time we had the cowling back on, it started
getting dark, and even I am not foolish enough to do my initial test flight at
night. I have to work in the morning until around 9:30, then I'll be
heading to the airport and hopefully get her airborne. Hope you can make
it out to St Elmo tomorrow....needless to say your visit would be welcomed and
appreciated. Hopefully I will be able to furnish a positive first flight

I didn't get home until 6:30 this morning from Mobile, so
I'm just catching up on emails. By now, you should be probably
be in possession of your new airworthiness cert. Clearly you have a
healthy attitude towards getting this thing flying safely, so I'll
patiently await your report. I might even try to head your way
again tomorrow if you'll be around the
airport.
