Keep up the good work, Dale...I would rather throw business your way than to Mazdatrix or Racing Beat....gotta take care and support our own, you know. Paul Conner

Hard to see in the picture, but looks like the o-rings have nothing to
seat on in part of the holes.
Indeed. I'm making a gasket instead.
However, I may yet be able to provide a surface for the
o-ring. The present cutout is undersized. At the time,
I only had a 3/4" end mill for cutting it, but it's
supposed to be 2.0cm. I put in an order for the correct
size cutter with Rutland. If I'm very careful, I think I
can leave a 2mm seating surface all the way around. If
not, the gasket will work every bit as well.
BTW, Racing Beat or Mazdatrix sells these.
Yes, and after I get the bugs worked out of the production
process, there'll be a third source.
As I mentioned in an earlier message, I'm almost done with
one that offers two threaded bosses for sensors or remote
feeds. If someone wants one with three bosses, I can do
that, too. I have to be out-of-town next week, but I
should have more stuff to display after Christmas.
