John, Having been down this road several
times, I’d suggest that you 1. chase the injector ground wires back to
the EM2 making sure all the connection are sound. Check first for
continuity end to end, then, if that is good, 2. look for a bad connector.
Also, without knowing the EM2 at all, 3. there may be a ground wire for
the total injector circuit controller that is not grounded.

I wonder if anyone out there can shed any
light on the following.
I installed the EM2 and now I have no
attempt to fire. The plugs are dry after 5 mins cranking. I have good spark on
leading and trailing plugs, there's fuel at the rail, good fuel pressure, and
12V at the injectors. I haven't changed the injector wiring except to tie
in the EM2 injector sensor wire.
