I have a 1993 360 kit with long engine mount and cowling.  My strut was updated and rebuilt by Lancair in the mid 2000's, and is in the same box in which  it was originally delivered.  That is, progress on my kit never reached the point of installing the gear.  I'll sell it ( and other parts) at prices that reflect the kit is being dismantled and no longer  valuable as a intact plane.

My recently completed L360 had a strut installed when I got it.  I can’t determine the age of the strut, but the kit is a 1992 model, so the strut is somewhat old and should be replaced.  Does Lancair stock them or is it a standard auto parts item?  Cost and part number, anyone?  What is the specified force?
