That is the preferred method. Call Mark Mahnke at RDD  for the amount needed.
Is it acceptable to just use Hysol for all bonding surfaces?  The manual has two methods, both of which call for various areas to be bonded with epoxy/flox.  I like the longer working time of the Hysol.

Subject: [LML] IV-P wing close-out questions

LML Gang,

I’m getting very close to closing out the right wing on my IV-P project and have a few questions for you all.
1.       Is it acceptable to just use Hysol for all bonding surfaces?  The manual has two methods, both of which call for various areas to be bonded with epoxy/flox.  I like the longer working time of the Hysol.
2.       How much Hysol will be required to close out one wing?

Thanks!
