I need to make a decision shortly on a vacuum pump and am wondering if the extra
expense and plumbing for a wet pump is worth it. I'm told they never fail...what
say all you? In addition, the concept an engine pre-oiler pressure pump seems to
have a good deal of merit...flip the switch on and you get oil pressure without
turning over the engine. Is this also worth the extra expense and what parts or
system would be recommended?

Thanks,

Angier Ames
